Sic Semper Tyrannosaurus
Last week Frank Haller dredged up a profounder philosophical maxim than the more familiar version attributed to Lord Acton. Frank can’t recall the source of this one, but you can tell where he was studying philosophy.
“Vodka corrupts. And Absolut Vodka corrupts absolutely.”

Phrank the Philosopher hits another one out of the park. But for style consistency, shouldn’t it be “…And Absolut Vodka corrupts absolutly.”?

Thunderation, Michael — you’re absolutly write. It wasn’t Frank’s fault. He uttered the words orally using gestures and facial expressions but left the spellings unspecified, as so many people do these days.
