Term Limits
Jack Rosen forwarded a report on governmental reform in Illinois. Under the new system, every political office-holder is limited to two terms:
One in office, one in prison.

Good thought! And to make room in our overcrowded prisons, we could empty the prisons into the state legislatures. It’s doubtful we would notice any difference in public integrity.
