		<description>Ash heap, indeed.  Though just when one is willing to rejoice, one is forced to remember the Phoenix, and it's irksome tendency to rise from the ashes.  As neat a pile as the current ash hear may be, it is wise to remember that there are always people (and I use the term only in its biological sense) who, like the neocons, are unwilling to eschew their greed and ideology.  Eternal vigilance is the price of ash heaps.</description>
