What is really needed is a law that all presidential candidates have a PET scan to see what part of the brain is functioning, or would be, under certain circumstances. For instance, when W is stating that he supports Gonzales, the part of his brain that is functioning is located in the area specific for bodily waste. Or when he is told that another 112 kids are killed in Iraq, the brain area doesn't register at all. When he says he is the decider, the PET jumps to Cheney I certainly agree with you.
